My Approach

A More Thoughtful Standard of Functional Care.

Botanical herbs and natural medicine — the tools of functional care

Physiology First

Every recommendation starts with how the body actually works — hormones, digestion, stress, sleep and metabolism as an interconnected system.

Root-Cause Investigation

Instead of only suppressing symptoms, I look for the patterns and drivers underneath them.

Objective Data When Helpful

Targeted testing — hormones, gut, cortisol, minerals — to make care more precise, not just to rule things out.

Education & No Judgment

Understanding your body is part of the care. If something feels too hard to follow, we adjust — the goal is practical progress, not perfection.

What I Treat

Focused Care for the Concerns I See Most Often.

A practice built around women's health — and the functional concerns that need a deeper, more connected view.

About Care
That's one of the most common reasons people reach out. I look at symptoms, patterns, history, lifestyle and testing where appropriate to understand what may be happening below the surface.
It depends on the concern. Some patients notice changes within 1–3 months; deeper or more complex concerns may take closer to 6 months of consistent care.
